Howdy! My name is Kristina Samuel and I'm a Junior Biology Honors Major with a Minor in Philosophy from San Antonio, Texas but most importantly I'm so excited to be serving as the President of the MOVE TX A&M Chapter! I have been so honored to have received the Leadership Achievement Award by the Asian President's Council for my work done with this organization and am so ready to take on this new year to empower youth and educate Aggies on progressive policy! Outside of MOVE, I am the Recruitment Co-Chair for Aggie Minority Women in Law, and a RepresentAsian Candidate that won a seat in the Off-Campus Caucus as a Student Senator this past February. I have also been a Fish Camp Counselor and do research for the GEOG department regarding Environmental Science Education. I'm a huge fan of all things music, the New Yorker, constitutional law, and iced coffee! Upon graduation, I plan to attend law school to pursue my passions for environmental justice and policy advocacy.
